About:Beijing Attractions

I will be visiting Beijing from 2nd to 4th September 2010 with my husband. I would like to know the famous attractions in Beijing that we can visit in 2 days. What are the suitable clothes during this time? Is there Halal food restaurant for Muslim people can be found in Beijing? How about the hotel? Do you have any suggestion? Tq.

Hi, I will be visit to Beijing Essen Welding Cutting Fair on 25th May, I'm taking Airaisa which landing at Tianjing. Can you advice me any public transport is conveniance from Tianjing Airport to Beijing New China international Exhibition Centre? How many hours need? How much the charge?

Hi Merlyn,
Beijing New China International Exhibition Center is just 1.5 kilometers from the Beijing Capital Airport, so i suggest you go Beijing Capital Airport first and then take a taxi to the exhibition. the taxi costs CNY 10.
From Tianjin Airport to Beijing Capital Airport:(3 steps)
1. take the shuttle bus the Bawangfen of Beijing. It takes about 50 minute and cost CNY 35 per person.
2. walk to Dawanglu Station of Subway Line 1, and take Line one to Guomao(just one stop, takes only 2 minutes and CNY 2)
3. take Airpot Line 1 to the airport. it take less than 30 minutes and less than CNY 16.
in all, you need about 1.5 hours and the charge is about 60.

The Great Wall, Bird nest, forbidden city, Tian'anmen square, Temple of Heaven, Niujie (for muslim), Summer palace... I think these will be enough for two days. Halal food can be found easily in beijing. Or you could just go to the Niujie and there are restaurants for muslim.
