About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

Dear Sir,

I have a copy of my dilpoma from Hong Kong. How can I get it attested here in UAE through the Chinese consulate?

The diploma from Hong Kong can't be attested in Chinese embassy/consualte in UAE, the diploma should be attested by consular officers of Immigration Department of HKSAR government, then attested by UAE consulate in Hong Kong, then the diploma can be used in UAE
