Dear,
I and my friend plan to Beijing and Shanghai. But I don't like hot weather. Can you refer me when is the best weather ( a bit chilly or cold) between July,Aug,Sept? If I get visa from July, can I keep it until Sept to start my trip or I have to go immediately?
