About:Macau Airport

hi

do i need to exchange for mop dollar in macau airport upon arrival before i board taxi to
ferry terminal - hongkong ? do they accept hkdollar ?

where you would recommend to eat, nearby to ferry terminal as my flight arrive at 1030am.

Suggest you change some MOP money. HKD can be used in Macau, including stores, restaurants and taxi driver. They will charge 1:1 as MOP. 10HKD coins and 1000HKD cash will be refused. It is possible that they will keep the change for no small money given to you. Anyway, it will be move convenient to change some MOP. It seems there is fast food in the second fllor onf the ferry terminal. I suggest you have dinner after you get to Hong Kong .
