About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

Hi there,

I will be travelling to China from Switzerland where I live now. My first stop will be Beijing then I will be off to Shanghai. From Shanghai I will be off to Kaohsiung, Taiwan and then back to Shanghai before I catch my next flight home to Jakarta, Indonesia. I got single entry for Chinese visa. That means I can't go outside the airport right? Because my next flight will be the next day after I got back to Shanghai from Taiwan. Can I change my single entry visa to multiple entry? Or do you have any better solutions? Thank you so much. Really appreciates it.

If you just make a transfer at Shanghai when you get back feom Taiwan and go on to Jakarta, one entry is enough. You can enter Shanghai Airport without a visa if you stay no more than 24 hours.

Hi Mr James,

Thanks for your info. Just another question. Will I got rejected to enter Taiwan because I only got single entry Chinese visa? But I got all my tickets ready. Thanks once again!
