You don't need a visa to Hong Kong or Macau, india passport holders are exempt from a visa to Hong kong for up to 14 days, to Macau for up to 30 days, therefore, you just need to apply for a single-entry L visa to Shanghai, Mainland China, now you have to apply for China visa through the Chinese visa application service center (CVASC)in New Delhi or Mumbai, The total amount of the fees to be paid by an applicant = visa fees application service fees, the fee for single entry visa is 1000 Rs, application Service Fee is 610 Rs(Inclusive of Service Tax)for 4 working days, so the total fee is 1610 Rs. If you apply for visa through the travel agency, you will pay for visa fees, service fee of travel agency and application service fee, so it is high
