About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

I'll be in Shanghai, China next week and I will be staying at Howard Johnson Plaza Hotel. I'll be arriving at 12 midnight and I would like to know if it is safe to travel by taxi from Pudong International Airpot and how much would the taxi fare cost?

Mr.Aguila,

It is too expensive to take a cab. But there is no other choice if you intend to reach your hotel at that time. The airport shuttle bus, maglev and subway almost stop. The hotel is around 40 kilometers from Pudong Airport. You may spend 180-190 RMB to catch a cab.

yes,it is safe in shanghai,the security in shanghai is very good.it cost about 250 to 300rmb in the night from the airport to your hotel.
