You mean the best time to visit Beijing? If so, it is autumn. But beijing offers different delights for tourists all year round. Whenever you go, you will never be disappointed.

I went there one week ago. In all, you need 2 to 3 hours to stay at both Bell and Drum Towers. You needn’t spend much time at Bell Tower.

I highly recommend Autmn. But that's just me. Beijing wil never, ever dissapoint you. :):):)
