The hostel is at the Exit D of Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station. You can take Tsuen Line to Lai King and then change to Tung Chung Line to Tung Chung. The cable car station is just 5 minutes' walk from the mtr station. Back to Tung Chung and take bus S1 from the bus terminus to Airport. This is the cheapest way.
To the Ocean Park, you can use mtr to Admiralty and then get off from B2 Exit to take bus 629 to Ocean Park. Take the same bus back to Admiralty and then walk about 15 minutes to the Peak. Stanley Market is closer to Ocean Park. Get off the Peak to Central by bus 15 or on foot, then take bus 6, 6X to Stanley Market. In fact, Stanley market is closer to ocean Park. It is too busy to put them in one day. If you have to, I suggest Victoria be the last one, Ocean Park the first.
