From Yiwu to Dongyang:
You can take bus from Binwang Bus Station to Dongyang West Bus Station. It costs CNY5-6

For Zhuji, if you want a cheaper route, I suggest you go back to Yiwu and take train to Zhuji. It costs CNY5-6 to Yiwu, and the train ticket costs CNY10-12.

Then you can take train from Zhuji to Shanghai, bullet train costs about CNY90, others costs about CNY40-50.

In order to catch your flight, you have to travel from Shanghai to Ningbo, I suggest you to travel by train, from Shanghai South Railway Station to Ningbo costs CNY51 for the hard seat ticket, the trip takes nearly 4 hours.
