Just saw your questions. As I know, only a few of agents supply taxi booking online in English. You could search one on google. On the other hand, you could ask a travel agent to arrange this trip, who will pick you up at the railway station and drive you to the hotel after visiting the Great Wall. The fare will be acceptable in my opinion.
