There are some shoping malls in Shenzhen that doing these kind of business, for instance, the Seg Digital Products Market (赛格电子商城) in Longgang District. You can find digital products including computers and printer consumable there.

Of course go to Huaqingbei market in Shenzhen, which is the largest electronic products market in China. For branded and nice ones, you could go to Zhongguancun in Beijing, which is the largest market deleaing with computer.
