About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

Hi, I am an American citizen studying in China. I have a student visa right. If I find a job in China, will I need to exit China to get my work visa?

In principal, you should exit China to get your work visa, however, if your employer company is a large company which has a good relationship with the local Public Security Bureau, you can get work visa within Mainland China.

Does it have to be all the way back to the State? or can I just get it in HK or some place near by?
