I'll visit Beijing on 28TH NOV 2010-4th Dec 2010 with my wife and 2 childs ages from 9 yrs - 13 yrs. Is it ok for me if i wear boot & down jacket (leather) during that cold time? I also bring warm clothes and is there snow during these dates that i'm coming to beijing, Your advice are highly appreciated. Thanks.
