Hello, I am planning go to jiuzhaigou from chengdu by car mid September.
where can I hire the van with 7 seats and how much the fare ? Is the West route/East route best choice for September ?

You may try to hire one from the local tour company. The price will not be very cheap.

go by flight...much easier as the chengdu airport is so close to city center
