You can think about them. The fare should be within 300RMB per night. You can take bus from Shanghai South Bus Station next to the south railway station to Ningbo, about three hours. The bus fare is 100RMB. You can take bullet train to Suzhou (half a hour) and Hangzhou (1.5 hours).
