Sir,I have planned to go to Guangzhou during Canton fair 2nd phase, boarding from New Delhi, India. As per my information, the baggage allowed is 20 Kg.   hand baggage upto 5 Kg. I want clarification with regard to hand baggage as to whether the laptop is allowed to be carried as hand bag, even if it weighs more than 5 Kg. If no, then how to carry it ? Please help.

Hello,Those weight limits are just general rules. You should check the regulations on your air ticket about free hand luggage. Actually, your luggage will not be weighed if you can put it in the luggage case besides your seat. If you will not bring it along with you, just have it consigned.
