I have planned to go to Guangzhou during Canton fair 2nd phase, boarding from New Delhi, India. As per my information, the baggage allowed is 20 Kg. hand baggage upto 5 Kg. I want clarification with regard to hand baggage as to whether the laptop is allowed to be carried as hand bag, even if it weighs more than 5 Kg. If no, then how to carry it ? Please help.
