Your Excellency,I am currently in China - Guangzhou city on  an L visa (Single Entry) issued from New Delhi. For the business purpose, I have to get a Business Visa – F - multi entry and I wish to receive  it while I am in china. Please mention if I have invitation from a sponsor as per the law, is it possible to get visa stamped in my passport in  Guangzhou itself or  Hong Kong Chinese Embassy or I can get it done in Guangzhou itself. Kindly advise me the most cost effective way. Fazaludheen

Mr.Fazaludheen, it is possible for you to get the multiple-entry Business Visa at Commissioner's Office of Ministry of Foreign Affaires in HKSAR, you can't get it in Guangzhou. Besides the nvitation letter from your sponsor, the Original Visa Notice Form issued by authorized departments of Chinese Government is alo required. The visa notce form should prescribe that you need enter China for many times for business.
