Hi,It's really nice to have a forum!  By the way,  I have a simple question: I am leaving for China by April 27 but my passport is still the old one that will be expiring by May 2012.  Is it still acceptable at the China Airport/Embassy? Coz I understand that there are some countries that do  not honor it anymore but rather the new one that has brown cover.Thank you and hoping for your immediate response.

HiI don't think it is gonna be a problem. if you still not sure about that, inquire the embassy maybe your best choice.
