About:Chinese Embassy in India

I HAVE GOT A JOB IN CHINA NOW I WANT TO KNOW IF SOMEONE CAN GUIDE ME WITH MY QUERRY THAT WHAT TYPE OF DOCUMENTS I HAVE TO ACQUIRE FROM THE CHINESE COMPANY SO THAT I CAN APPLY FOR THE VISSA.ALSO WHAT TYPE OF VISSA WILL IT BE AND FOR WHAT TYPE OF VISSA CAN I APPLY AND FOR HOW MANY DAYS THE VISSA WILL BE VALLID.

You can apply for work visa, you should get the below 2 documents from the Chinese company:
1. Alien Employment License issued by the Ministry of Labor & Social Security, Government of China, or Foreign Specialist's License issued by Foreign Specialist Bureau, Government of China.
2. A notice of visa authorization from a duly authorized Chinese organization
The work visa (Z visa) is generall valid for 3 months, single entry, The work visa holder should go through the procedures for obtaining the Residence Permit for aliens in local public security bureau within 30 days of entry, to avoid illegal stay.
