About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

Hi, I'm a Tasmanian resident and was wondering, if I deliver my application in person, whether my visa application can be processed at the embassy in canberra as I will be travelling there for work in the coming weeks.

Mr. James, Tasmania is under the consular jurisdiction of Consulate-General of China in Melbourne, you should go to Melbourne to apply for China visa, howeverm now, the Visa application of regular passport holders has been outsourced by the Chinese Consulate General in Melbourne to Chinese Visa Application Service Centre at PART Ground Floor, 570 ST Kilda Rd., Melbourne, VIC 3004, Australia
