About:Chinese Embasy in Ireland

Hi, One of my friends comes from Bangladesh, he studies in Ireland nearly 6 years. He wants to go to China for holiday. Can he apply tourist visa in Chinese embassy Irleand? Many thanks.

Non-Irish passport holders are supposed to apply for any type of Chinese visa in the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in their home countries, with the exception that one is residing and working in Ireland. Besides the above-mentioned documents, the residence and working permission are required.

your friend just study in Ireland, he doesn't work in Ireland, so I guess that maybe his application will be denied, anyhow, he can have a try!
