The easies way should be the hotel shuttle (Bus Line E). It runs to the hotel and you should contact the hotel to ask for the service. The tickets seems to be 30RMB per person. If you arrive Longyang Road by maglev train first and you should make two transfers by subway to the nearest station to your hotel. It is not convevient. So, another option i suggest is you can take airport shuttle bus Line 4 to Yunguang Xincun （运光新村）at Handan Road Yunguang Road. Then take a taxi to the hotel.
