What types of transportation (eg, taxi, shuttle, bus, etc) are available between the Xi'an train station and airport?  If yes, how much would it cost?  We're planning to take the overnight train from Beijing to Xi'an (T43), which arrives at 08:42, and then need to catch a flight from Xi'an to Jiuzhaigou at 11:35am.  Is three hours enough time to get between the train station to the airport and check in for our flight?

The airport bus stop is infront of Jiefang hotel, on the south side of the raiwlway station square. The ticket price is 25RMB per person. It costs 100RMB from the city center to the airport. So, if you have totally three or four traveling together, you can take taxi. Three hours are enough.
