do I need to join tour grouto Jiuzhaigou as I speak chinese while my other 3 guests speaks only dutch and I can be their translator. what is the best option to take if we do not have time to join those group with lots of shopping stops?

If you can speak Chinese, I think you may try to enjoy a tour which only offer hotel and vehicle, without tour guide. You can arrange your own time and place to go.
