Now, I't not sure whether Shenzhen issue visa on arrival or not because of the expecting Expo 2010 and Canton Fair, generally speaking, in usual situation, it is possible for Indonesia passport holders to apply for visa on arrival at the Shenzhen entry ports, it costs HK$ 150.
