Is there any direct bus from Xian to Hukuo waterfall? How long it takes? any recommendatios of hotel in Hukuo?

No, there is no such direct bus. You have to take a long distance bus from Xian to Yanan, and take a local bus from Yanan to Hukou Waterfall.
