a. from Mong Kok, you could take the metro quickly to get to TST, where you could walk to the HK China Ferrt Terminal in 10 minutes. The voyage is about one hour.
b. when you alight at Macau ferry, please take the free shuttle bus to Hotel Lisboa, where you could walk to the Senado Square and then the Ruin of St. Paul.
c. Then, it is suggested that you take a cab to reach Gongbei Port quickly since your travel is urgent in one day.
d. One day will not be enough for you to travel both Macau and Zhuhai, so it is not suggested that you go through the port to enter into Zhuhai. Finally, at the Gongbei Port of Macau, you could take the bus AP1 to the Macau Ferry Terminal. Altervatively, you could take the free shuttle bus to Hotel Lisboa firstly and then transfer to its another free bus to Macau Ferry.
