About:Chinese Consulate in Sydney

Hello,

I'm an Irish citizen also traveling the world. I hope to fly to Shanghai in June and travel overland down to Vietnam over 3-4 weeks. Can you please tell me what I need to do regarding a Chineses visa? I should be in Sydney for a few days mid May so I can visit the embassy there with any needed documentation.

Thanks,

Claire

Ms.O'Donnell, it is advisable to apply for China tourist visa in Ireland, if you apply for it in Sydney, maybe your application will be refused because you are not resident in Sydney. You can get a single entry tourist visa valid for 3 months in late April, then it is still valid when you go to Shanghai in June.
