Walk along the Beichizi Dajie from the hotel down to the East Chang'an Avenue, you could take the subway Line 1 to Yonganli station. The Silk Street is located at the Exit 3.

To Beijing Zoon, please also take the subway Line 1 to Xidan and then transfer to Line 4, which could drive you to Beijing Zoo directly. Just out of the metro station, you will find these large wholesale market easily.

Thank you very much Mr. Jamie! One more thing: on East Chang'an Avenue, what would be the most convenient station to get in? Is it Tiananmen East on Line 1? And what if we walk to Silk Street? How long could that take? Thanks again!

Oh, yes, you are right that the metro station is Tiananmen East of Line 1. It will be a long journey if you go to the Silk Street on foot.
