Ms.Joanna, you can submit the visa application in person or ask a travel agency to apply for China visa on your behalf.

2. Visa conformation letter from an economic and trade bureau or a foreign affairs office of the provincial or municipal government is required, your new company in Shanghai should apply for the letter for you. The original invitation letter from your company is also required.
