About:Shanghai Public Transportation Card

I will arrive Shanghai at 7.20 am, can I buy SPTCC to use maglev ticket purchasing or not. How much of the cost of this card? Thanks.

Will you arrive at Shanghai Airport? If so, it is not suggested that purchase the card here and use it to pay for the Maglve fee. If you purchase the Maglev fee on the spot by cash and show your air ticket, you could enjoy 20% discounts. However, full-fare for using the card.
