About:Shanghai Travel

Hie, i am going to HangZhou - Shanghai from 28th May to 3rd June.
I am taking AirAsia, so we will arrive at HangZhou airport.
There are a few questions i would like to ask:

1) I'm planning to go to Shanghai, Hangzhou and Su Zhou. Any suggestion where should i start from? Is it sufficient for me to move around these 3 places in these 7days? Or should i add in any other places?
My plan is Hangzhou - Shanghai - Suzhou - Shanghai - Hangzhou
Will stay in Shanghai for 4nights and HangZhou for 2nights.
For Hangzhou to Shanghai - By bus or by train is more convenient?
From Shanghai to Suzhou - By train? Which train should i take?

2)
For Shanghai:
Oriental pearl tower
Famous siew long bao at Yu yuan Gardens
The bund
Sun Yat Sen Residency
Nanjing Road
Shanghai Xin Tian Di
Zhu Jia Jiao
Shanghai Museum

For HangZhou:
WestLake
Shopping at HeFang Road or Wushan Square
Song Dynasty City Entrance
Six Harmonies Pagoda
Ling Yin Temple
Solitary Hill
Ancient Village WuZhen

For Su Zhou:
ShanTanJie Canal boat ride
HanShanZi Pagoda
The Humble Administrators Garden
Lingering Garden
Zhou Zhuang

Did i missed out any attraction?

3) Is it convenient for us to travel free and easy or it is more advisable to book a trip from travel agency. Scare might conned by people there.

4) Is there any recommended hotels in Shanghai and Hangzhou?
Is Magnificent International Plaza and Hotel, Shanghai convenient for us?
Me and my mum would love to shop!
Is Orange Hotel-Hangzhou Moganshan Road convenient?

For your enquiries, 1)how about Hangzhou-Suzhou-Shanghai-Hangzhou. No need to pass Shanghai for the second time. It is faster to shuttle between Shanghai and Hangzhou by bullet train. You can also by train to Suzhou from Shanghai, a lot of trains everyday, only half a hour. All train schedule can be found here:

2)You do not miss somethin. I see the Grand Canal boat ride is in your list. It is between Suzhou and Hangzhou and you will spend the night on boat. So, that is a good way of transportation between Suzhou and hangzhou in stead of bus.
3)Not very easy for you to travel free. You may think of jioning some local tours in each city?!
4) The hotel is fine, close to Huaihai Middle Road and people's Square. There are many shopping malls there. The hotel in Hangzhou is near but without walking distance to the west lake. Also, you should take taxi to the pier of Grand canal ride. It is not far from Wulin Square, where you get off the airport bus. Generally speaking, it is fine if the hotel fare is decent.

I suggest you start from Shanghai ,the traffic here is most convenient. The best choice is to take CRH trains to travel around those cities. There are more than 10 trains from Shanghai to Hangzhou and Suzhou. 7 days seem to be short, but it is enough.
Zhouzhuang is not in Suzhou. It will take you 2days if you want to go to Zhouzhuang.
