About:Shopping in Shenzhen

hello, I am planning a trip to Shenzhen in Nov/Dec. Got 2 kids with us. Is it easy to navigate our way around?? My main concern is, do many people speak english at the shops/malls or attraction places??

Don't worry , many people know english in Shenzhen .
