I will be arriving at Shanghai Pudong airport at 18h 15
What is the best way to get to Hangzhou that night (will have luggage as well)

Here are the trains from Shanghai to Hangzhou and I think you are capable of catching the train at Shanghai South Railway Station to hangzhou.
