About:Getting Around Macau

We are planning to go to Macau from Hongkong on May 13. We are planning to stay at Venetian Hotel for an overnight stay.Can you suggest what time we should leave hongkong on the 13th to maximize our visit in Macau.What are your suggested itinerary from the period of stay?
