Shanghai Hutai Road Bus Station has direct bus to Zhouzhuang, not many buses in deed. Personally, I would like to recommed the route like this: Take bullet train or bus from shanghai to Suzhou. Suzhou has many buses to Zhouzhuang, every 30 minutes. Both Suzhou North and South Bus Stations have the buses to this place.
