I arrive at T3 at 23:25 (Wednesday 31 March).  I need to get to Beijing Xiaoyuan Hostelry, No12 Li Shi Hutong Dongcheng Qu.  I an hoping that I will be able to take the Airport Shuttle Bus, Line 3 to Chaoyangmen and walk/take a taxi from there.  Whereabouts is the Chaoyangmen stop?  Is it near the subway staion (Line 2)?

If you take an international flight to arrive in Beijing, I don't think you will have enough time to catch the last shuttle bus at 24:00. I'm afraid that you have to take a taxi at the airport.

On this website the final shuttle bus is given as 24:00 but on the airport website (en.bcia.com), it is given as 'til the last flight'What is the time of the last bus (line 3)?

Currently, only Line 2 from Airpor to downtown Xian is operation round the clock, all of the other lines will stop at 21:~24:00. Of course, you could take Line 2 to Xidan and then hire a cab to the hotel, the cost of which is much less.

Thanks for the advice.  Would getting off at Dongsishitiao Bridge (stop before Xidan)and taking a cab from there be a viable option?

Yes, you are right, Dong Sishitiao Qiao is much closer to Lishu Hutong. Good option:)
