About:Shenzhen Transportation

I’m going to Shenzhen and Hong Kong for holiday with my family (3 adult 2 children) in June 2010 (5 nights). We are planning to spend 2 and 3 nights in Hong Kong and Shenzhen respectively. Since our flight is to and fro Shenzhen, need some advice where should we go first; Shenzhen or Hong Kong.

Both are ok. Tips: if your visa only allows one-entry to mainland China, I think you should visit Shenzhen firstly and then go to Hong Kong. Finally, from downtown Hong Kong, you could take a bus to reach Shenzhen Airport directly without any visa.

Mr. Shan, TQ for the advice. I think I will go to Hong Kong first since I'll be using the double entries visa. For mode of transport, which is very convenience; bus or train (with 2 small children in tow).

From downtown HK, you could take a train or bus to get to any customs border to Shenzhen. Both are convenient.

but I will arrive through Szenzhen Railway Station, not Airport...?
