Hi, I am from Malaysia and will be travelling from Malaysia Via Hong Kong to Shenzen early April 2010.   Can I know whether I can travel by land to Hong Kong Kowloon and how to go about there.   Need your humble advise.

Of course, from Hong Kong Airport, you could take the Airport Express train or the bus A21 to reach Kowloon area quickly. If you would like to take the intercity-bus from Kowloon to Shenzhen, the previous transportion is recommedend. Just off the train, you could walk to the bus station conveniently.
