About:China Business Visa

I would like to know what kind of visa I need for opening a business. I have lived in China for five years. I currently have a one year work visa and foreign experts certificate as a teacher. In two months I will be ending my teaching career and opening a series of retaurasnts in China. We are still debating the structure but it can be either a partnership with a Chinese or a WOFE (wholly owned foreign enterprise). As an owner/employee of a new company how would I obtain permission to stay in China and what kind of visa would I need to obtain? Would I obtain it in China or would I have to first return to my home country of Canada.

If you have got the original and photocopy of Enterprise Approval Certificate, Duplicate and photocopy of the Business License, you can apply for work visa.
