On arrive Macau airport terminal,and my next destination is to Zhuhai, Are the any direct immigiration counter and bus from the terminal to cross the border without carry our luggage handling.

As far as I know, you should handle it yourself, for it is easy to get to Gongbei Border from Macau Airport. Bus AP1 is the cheapest way. You can also get to China Travel Service office on the left side when you get out the airport restricted area. There are cars sending you to the border.
