Hello,Ms.donebel
You have so many questions. You don't have to apply for any visa. For travelers with Philippine passport, they are exempted from visa to enter into Hong Kong and Macau within 14 days. 5 days is not enough for hong kong and macau, but not less either. Hong Kong MTR is the most convenient mode of transport, you can ride on that. Anyway, no worry about the transport. For hotels, you can consider staying at Tsim Sha Tsui or Central. Hope this helps a little. Good luck!
