You need get to Wujang New Bus Station(吴江新汽车站). Take No.1 bus to Songlinggongyuan(松陵公园) and then exchange No.5 bus to Tongli Town. It just costs CNY2. And you can take a taxi from Wujiang New Bus Station to Tongli. It costs around CNY 20.

There is no direct bus from Huangshan to Wujiang. You may take the bus or train from Huangshan to Suzhou. Then you can take the bus to Tongli from Suzhou.

You are right. Go to Hangzhou North Bus Station to take bus to Tongli directly. The bus departs at 08:25, 11:25 and 13:20.

Or you can take bus from Hangzhou East Bus Station to Suzhou South Bus Station. The bus runs every 30 minutes. You need spend about 2 hours on your way to Suzhou. Then take the bus at Suzhou South Bus Station to Tongli. The bus leaves at 6:30, 6:50, 8:30, 9:25, 11:00, 12:25, 14:00, 15:25, 16:20 and 17:00.
