I just heard that there were three buses that ran from Tongli to Hangzhou everyday. But I don’t know the exact time they depart. You may ask the locals or bus station. You may go back to Suzhou South Bus Station first and then take the bus to Hangzhou. The buses run frequently from Suzhou to Hangzhou.
