About:Harbin Weather

I am considering study in Harbin for 1 month from mid May to mid June.From the temperature chart, the average low is 6/8. Is it only at night? Can i get warm at night by stay in the room and turn on the air-condition for 27 degrees?(they already turn off the heater at that time, i suppose) Does the temperature fluctuated during that time?

Harbin is not that cold. It is above 20degrees since late May and around 15-20 degrees if it rains.

it will be pretty cold and temperate as most NORTHERN climates. If you plan to keep warm by staying in your room all the time I would not go !!
