About:Chinese Consulate in Melbourne

Hi,
I am planning to visit china around late april. I've one frd who is sending me invitation letter. Do I need to submit original invitation letter or scan copy means take print out and submit to embassy? Also, Do I need to show fund for my travelling for 14 days or bank statement I have recently tht much money in my account? Let me knw abt this things? One more I'm going to stay with my chinese frd home during travelling I can mention his name in my visa application where are questiona abt in visa application? Likes his name and home address I can provide in visa application. apart frm I dont need to show up any hotel booking ? I want to make it clear befoe applying visa.

Mr.MRUGI, for Australian applicants, the visa regulation is not strict, neither the hotel reservation nor the bank statement is required, you just need to prepare the following documents for tourist visa applciation:
One completed visa application form, one recent passport-size photo and your passport with at least 6 months remaining validity and at least two blank visa pages, your travel itinerary or flight booking
