When is the best time to travel to Taipei in terms of good scenery?

Hi, When is the best time to travel to Taipei in terms of good scenery? Which month is Autumn and Spring? Thank you.

Well, it is suggested that you come to Taipei in Oct and Nov when the weather is comfortable with less rainfall and the scenery is nice. However, it is also the travel peak season here.
