The crocs has set some shops in Beijing, you could find it at these department stores. Here are some:
SOGO: 5F, Sogo, 8, Xuanwumen Wai Dajie
The Place: B1, The Place, 9, Guanghua Road
Zhongguancun: B2, Zhongguancun Plaza Shopping Mall, 15, Zhongguancun Dajie
Zhongyou: Zhongyou Bai Huo, Xidan1

I heard from my friend, said that the price is cheeper than Malaysia.. Is it have any factory outlet in beijing instead of a shop0

All of the Crocs shops have the same rate in China, haven't found any outlet.0
