China ferry Terminal in Tsim Sha Tsui has ferry to Macau. My recommendation for you one day trip is: take bus 10A from Macau ferry terminal to 新馬路Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro. There are St Paul's Church, Senado Square, Fort Mont and St. Domingo's Church. Get back to Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro and take bus 10A to Ama Temple. You can take bus from Ama temple to Hotel Lisboa. If you want to experience casino, this is a good place, or you can take the hotel's free shuttle bus to Venetain in Taipa Island. Venetain has free shuttle bus to Macau Ferry terminal. You can use it when you are back to HK.
